Our History
Initially established in 1985 and re-established in 1989 and 2002 we have served predominantly individuals, small
and growing businesses and public accounting firms. Each of the re-establishments came about after Alan K Yee, the founder,
completed the executive roles he took on with clients during the intervening years. For the past several years we had
been operating in Toronto, Canada and Saginaw, Texas until a permanent move was made to Saginaw, Texas in 2005
and more recently to Fort Worth to serve the DFW Metroplex community with the best consulting services. We are a small
growing firm so we fully understand the need for growth and the constraints of size.
Our firm has enjoyed great success over the years, and we will continue to grow with our clients into the future.
