Alan is the founder, principal consultant & landman specializing in operations and financial management
areas.
|
Alan Yee obtained his BA (Economics) from the University of
Waterloo, in Canada in 1982. During his undergraduate he commenced articling as a Chartered Accountancy student with
a small chartered accountancy in Toronto, Canada as a co-op student and joined the firm full time upon graduation. For
the next 4 years, Alan gained experience in audit, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis & reporting and
other special work. After his first attempt at the Canadian Chartered Accountant's examination in 1986, Alan set
up his own consulting firm providing write ups for small clients, personal income tax preparation, file preparation
and special assignments for public accounting firms and clients.
Over the next +20 years, Alan broadened his experience, changing
periodically between roles providing consulting and financial services and taking on roles in industry. His
industry roles have ranged from Treasurer and CFO of a diversified Canadian manufacturing company that was publicly traded
on the TSE; as VP and GM of a consumer electronics manufacturing company in El Paso Texas and Juarez, Mexico; as VP Operations
of a supply chain logistics organization in Dallas and General Manager of a commerical overhead door company in Mississauga,
Canada. His experience have involved international executive responsibilities in Canada, US, Mexico and England
for business development, manufacturing, operations, information technology and financial management with various
organizations.
He returned to the Metroplex in 2005 to re-establish his
roots and build this consulting business in Tarrant County.
Alan Yee is married. He and his wife Frances have 6 children ranging in ages from 13 to 26. His
hobbies include fitness, internet surfing, self-education, carpentry and home renovations.

Frances is our Office Manager
|
Frances is a 1978 top 5% graduate of Jefferson HS in El Paso, Texas. Immediately following graduation, Frances
commenced work. Over the next 25 years, she gained experience in distribution center operations and transportation including
US/Mexico transborder operations and overseas exportations to UK and the Pacific Rim.
After relocating to the DFW Metroplex in 2001, she pursued a career with a major LTL carrier responsible
for managing their special accounts.
As the Office Manager, Frances is responsible for billing, collections, scheduling and marketing.
Additionally, she provides remote client services for client write ups and analysis.
Frances is married and has 6 children ranging in ages 13 to 26. Her hobbies include bowling, fitness, reading,
cooking and travel.
